Key West to Vero Beach
Pretty sure a Cuban with a cardboard sign tried to flag me down from one of these tied up fishing boats. I wasn’t looking for an adventure and couldn’t read his sigh, so motored on.
Vacuflush toilets are both great and awful. I spent 2-3 days monkeying with my septic. Note to self… don’t put your surgical mask in the same pocket as the used duckbill while on the way to West Marine!Bumpy ride from White Marlin in Marathon to Caloosa Cove in Islamorada.
Visited my longtime friend, Jeff and crew, in Key Largo. I hadn’t seen him in 34 years. Great to see him. Took a picture of his truck and boat, but missed one of the humans. Nice stay, tied up to his neighbor’s dock.
Back in Miami at the Marine Stadium.
To Fort Lauderdale for. Couple work days (some calls thaken from my office on the beach).
Headed through Jupiter and the bionic blue water. This could be the place for next winter.
